Middle management has been given a bad reputation. These leaders have been challenged with meeting the demands higher management and their own team. While acting as a liaison between all parties, middle management needs to effectively collaborate and communicate with multiple levels of stakeholders to create balance in an organization. They are the first line of defense for new initiatives and an integral part of the feedback process for new projects. In this presentation, we will discuss communication and organization methods on effective middle management strategies.
