Login Issues and Student Email

IT Help Desk:  For any Login issues please contact the MCCC Help Desk at 804-505-8075 or tech-help@mccc.edu

The IT department is responsible for the student portal and your student email.


Honorlock Issues

If students encounter issues reach out to HonorLock support team through livechat on the HonorLock dashboard in Blackboard as they will be able to troubleshoot with the students immediately. Students can also call while still in session to 1-844-243-2500.

Hardware Needs for Faculty and Students
If any faculty ask about equipment (laptop, webcams or software) Please tell them to contact their Division. Do not send them to IT help desk or put in a ticket for them.

If students ask for equipment or software please have them contact Student Affairs. Please do not send them to IT.

Access to E-Books
Follett, our corporate partner who operates the MCCC Bookstore, has announced a series of initiatives to help ease the burden of students, faculty, and staff during this period of a health emergency. The company has distributed an email outlining new services and policies toward this end. See the message here.

Specifically, Follett wants to call your attention to three new services available through the MCCC Bookstore

  1. FREE Online Shipping Offer: Visit the campus store website for free shipping on all items with no minimum purchase. This includes various formats of course materials, supplies, apparel, technology and more. 
  2. Access to eBooks AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE: Visit the campus store website to gain access to eBooks at no additional charge with your .edu email address. You can access up to seven eBooks for the designated period free of charge.
  3. Free Shipping on Rental Returns & Deadline Extensions: The campus store is offering free shipping return labelsand is also extending the non-return period without penalty to assist with increased returns by mail. Click the COVID-19 message on the home page of the campus store website.
