The Instructional and Professional Improvement Committee at Mercer County Community College is dedicated to providing on-campus professional development opportunities to MCCC Faculty.

The committee hosts a series of pre-class week workshops prior to the start of the Spring and Fall Semesters. However, due to popular demand, the committee is evolving to host a wider variety of faculty development opportunities throughout the semester.
