Ultra Course timeline For Migration

These upgrades provide a simple, intuitive, and streamlined course experience for faculty and students. The following is the Phase Two Timeline for migration.

  • Create Ultra sandbox course - November 27, 2023
    This is the place for each faculty member to explore the Ultra course environment.
  • Pre-Class Spring 2024

    MercerOnline will hold Q&A sessions and a lab allowing faculty to review the basic structure and function of Ultra Course View.

  • Training and Resources.

    Throughout the 2024 academic year, MercerOnline will work with course coordinators and faculty to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • With Marketing, we will inform students of the upcoming change and continue to keep information flowing.
  • The MercerOnline page will be updated providing student resources.
    We will provide "Information Sessions" for students with a focus on Ultra as we move toward implementation

  • Finalize course shell migration to ultra experience in preparation of our go live date of 2025.
    Continue training of faculty and students.
