Microsoft Teams is the hub for team collaboration in Office 365 that integrates the people, content, and tools your team needs to be more engaged and effective. A unified communication and collaboration platform that combines persistent workplace chat, video meetings, file storage, and application integration.

To access “Teams” go to the MyMercer Portal and Login (faculty, staff, students) or by logging directly into your Office365 accounts at https://www.office.com using your Mercer email address and password:

If going through the portal, then click “Office 365 Apps”

Click “Teams”

You will then be presented the screen below with and will have access to “Skype” (Chat) features (see the buttons along the left side):
