Class for Zoom Training

Beginning in Spring 2027, Class for ZOOM will be the integrated web conferencing tool for all Blackboard courses.

Collaborate will be phased out at the end of the fall 2026 semester. If you use Collaborate, we recommend downloading any videos you have and saving them to your OneDrive account. If you need assistance, contact MercerOnline to schedule a meeting.

If you were unable to attend MercerOnline's Class for Zoom training sessions on August 28, additional training opportunities are available directly from Class. We recommend attending a training session to familiarize yourself with the tool before the Spring semester.

Class for Zoom integrates with Blackboard and provides an enhanced virtual classroom environment designed to support online teaching, engagement, and interaction.
